Larger groups bookings & parties

If you'd like to provide your own birthday cake to have at your party, you are welcome. You can also order drinks and cookies for your guests from Belle’s Pottery Café. If you would like this option, please mention when booking so we can ensure we have enough freshly baked cookies. 

Birthday milkshake and cookie deal costs £3 per child. Your birthday cake or cookies and milkshake can be enjoyed at your table when you've finished painting. Adults at your party may purchase coffee and refreshments at any time. 

Please note that children should be seated during the party and supervised by their adult hosts. There may be other painters in the studio unless you have booked out the whole studio for a party of 30.

You can collect your glazed and fired party pieces to distribute to your guests 2-3 weeks later. 

Parties are for a minimum of 10 and maximum of 30 painters, and we ask for two adults to stay to supervise the children (one adult per 10 children). 

The price is £14 per person and parties last about 1  1/ 2 hours. At no point should any children be left on their own in the studio. If children visit the toilet an adult must go with them to supervise as the facilities are in the back of the shop through the kitchen.

Pop into Belle’s Pottery studio to choose the pottery you'd like from our party selection and pay for your takeaway party box. 

At least one day’s notice will be required to prepare your box.  A £50 deposit for safe  return* of your party box in the same state as it was given to you.  

*Deposit returned in full as long as items borrowed are returned cleaned and  undamaged  with no  lost items of equipment. And that a sensible amount of paint has been used in proportion to the pottery painted.

Takeaway boxes start from £10 a guest , there is a minimum order of four pieces per takeaway party but we can cater for up to 30 guests.

Take home your pottery in our party box filled with everything you need to decorate your pieces,  including your chosen bisque pieces, paints, sponges, dotting tools, protective table covering, water pots, paint pallets,  kiln pencil ( for writing names on the underside) and a wide selection on quality brushes,

Return your painted items along with your takeaway kit (please note there will be a cost for any damaged or missing items, see *).
